After treating myself to an audible subscription from Christmas, this was my first audiobook purchase. From the author of New York Times bestsellers The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*ck and Get Your Sh*t Together, this self-esteem essential is far from the usual self-help guide. Knight offers down to earth advice on how to stand up for who you are when it’s okay to be selfish and why being perfect is pointless.
If 2018 is your year for authenticity and self-acceptance, this is your book.
The talented Robert Bryndza has quickly become one of my favourite authors. I wrongly assumed that the same author that has written the Erika Foster thrillers (which you must read if you enjoy a murder mystery) couldn’t possibly write comedy. How wrong was I? This book is wonderfully funny, so funny that I occasionally struggled to read through tears of laughter.
If you have a good sense of humour – you must read this book.
